OUR POLICY

Overview:

We strive to ensure that all in-stock orders are processed and shipped within a period of 4 to 5 business days. Shipments may experience bit delays due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. due to bad weather conditions, protests etc.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Service:

In order to provide convenience and instill trust in our esteemed customers, we offer a highly efficient and professional Cash On Delivery (COD) option. With this option, you can easily make the payment upon receiving the parcel/shipment at your doorstep. Rest assured, each stage of the shipment can be promptly tracked on the courier company’s website using the provided tracking number.

Refunds:

Our refund/exchange and returns policy lasts 3 days if item(s) is defective or damage only.  To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be sent to you, after completing the whole process.

No Refund for Sale and Discounted Items:

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Refunds are not available for items/products which are on Sale or on Discounts on our website.

Exchanges:

We only replace items with same product if incase they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (buy@leatheros.com) or contact us via WhatsApp (+92 316 888 4989) and send your item to our postal address.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should contact us via email at (buy@leatheros.com) or  WhatsApp (+92 316 888 4989)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning your purchased items, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. This ensures that your return shipment reaches us safely and promptly.

Customization:

Leatheros is delighted to offer customization of Premium Leather Articles as per your requirements for a reasonable bulk quantity which primarily included Engraving/Embossing your company name and logo, Material Options, Colors, Design, Size, Shapes, Stitching etc.

A 75% advance payment is required upon placement of your order to accommodate customization. The remaining 25% of the total payment will be due when your shipment is prepared for delivery. No refund will be made once you place your customization order.
